Our local customers in Oconto Falls, WI may use curbside and drive-up pickup options and Pueblo, CO may use curbside pickup and Friday delivery in our delivery area to save on any shipping challenges and additional costs.
Shipping delays or issues
We ship our product in a manner that we feel will get it to its destination in a good and safe condition. We are not responsible for damage due to weather conditions or for any intentional or unintentional actions or neglect by FedEx or the receiver. Should items arrive damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim directly with FedEx.
